Dang Snow...Snow

Hello,

I'm hitting you all up to let you know episode 50 is done. I've done some post production. I hope to have it up by Sunday...if I can get back to Kansas City.

The tech thought of today is more about the Utility Belt. Can the Utility belt be used as high level support? The core of the UB tech is charge flurry. But is there more? I think so. I encourage you all to start seeing what options that are out there.

Check you later,

  1. I think that the batarangs in particular are ripe for abuse in the meta, especially on an indom cheap fig like Alfred who has perplex. You can prep time to click 3, adding Outwit and +2 stats, clear on turn 2, then Alf perplexes his attack to a 12 with the UB, gets TKed out, and potentially incaps (or even double incaps) the opponent's whole team, without even having to remove a batarang from the belt. He only needs a 6 to hit an 18 defense! This gives your figs a couple rounds of unanswered attacks.

Alf (or whoever uses the UB as support) is still set up well. On his d6 roll for the belt, on anything but a 1 he's back to being able to use a slot with detaching the resource, and on a 3, 5, or 6 he's back on increased stats.

It should be noted that the "stop clicks" all allow the use of a slot without detaching the resource. The Utility Belt is built for support.
